I advise clients in a narrowly defined area: complex Swiss building permit procedures, formal objection proceedings, problematic existing buildings that need to be reconciled with their permit, and situations where a second, independent voice is needed alongside the architect, general contractor, and specialist planners. I do not do design work or construction supervision — there are architecture offices for that. I fill the gap that opens up when a procedure becomes particularly demanding.

Mandates take one of three forms: a fixed-fee second opinion before submission, a case-based engagement for corrective submissions and procedural guidance, or a monthly retainer as owner's representative in complex procedures for institutional clients.
